Stack
The Claude Code tools I built for myself.
Every workflow I repeat often enough ends up distilled into a skill, an agent or a plugin. This page is that collection. It is generated from the same manifest that runs on my machine, so what is listed here is exactly what I use — nothing staged for the shelf.
Install
Add the marketplace once inside Claude Code. Everything below ships from it.
/plugin marketplace add lucasleguizamo/skillsThe plugin
One package. Install it and every skill and agent below comes with it, and updates with it.
lucas-leguizamo-skills
Engineering standard and skills for builders who ship with AI agents: AGENTS.md as the contract, PR discipline with a named human approver, runnable checks, agent delegation, PRDs and product discovery, feature delivery, publishable diagrams and animated 3D characters on WebGPU
/plugin install lucas-leguizamo-skills@lucasSkills
Instructions Claude Code loads on its own when the moment matches.
admin-data-boundaries
Design and verify data and authorization boundaries for an administrative or multi-tenant feature
When it fires
Use when a feature changes roles, sessions, tenant-owned records, protected mutations, database transactions or privacy-sensitive exports; "permisos del admin", "aislamiento entre organizaciones", "evitar IDOR", or "revisar acceso a datos". Read the target repo's live schema and auth implementation; never assume FreeTicket's roles or models.
Ships with lucas-leguizamo-skills
agentic-feature-delivery
Deliver a product feature with AI agents from a testable story through architecture, implementation, risk-based QA and acceptance evidence
When it fires
Use when a request crosses product, data, access control, UI and testing; when coordinating specialist agents; or when the user asks for a repeatable autonomous development workflow, "entrega una feature", "coordina expertos", or "arnés de desarrollo". For a single small edit, follow the repository's own workflow instead.

feature-acceptance
Verify an implemented feature against its user story with criterion-by-criterion evidence and focused QA
When it fires
Use when closing a feature, reviewing a completed story, deciding whether work is done, or when the user asks "valida los criterios", "revisa la entrega", "¿está terminada?", or "acceptance test". For open-ended bug diagnosis without a story, use the repository's bug workflow.

harness
Installs and audits an engineering standard for teams building with AI agents — AGENTS.md as the single contract every harness reads (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini), a colocated contract for every public API, a mandatory PR template with a named human approver, labels, runnable checks for filenames, secrets, package manager and API docs, SemVer plus CHANGELOG, an agent delegation router and engram for memory
When it fires
Use it when starting a new project or repo, adopting or auditing an existing one, setting up agent guardrails, writing or fixing AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md, defining a PR contract or branch protection, or when the user says "harness", "initial setup", "the standard", "my conventions", "best practices", "set up the repo", "agent rules", "arnés", "setup inicial", "mi estándar", "mis convenciones", "buenas prácticas", "reglas para los agentes" — or when a repo has no AGENTS.md, no PR template, or rules nobody can run.

pm-agent
Acts as a senior Product Manager: runs discovery with AskUserQuestion before writing anything, then delivers product vision, a prioritized backlog (RICE / MoSCoW), a feature filter, a full PRD or a sprint plan
When it fires
Use when the user says "write me a PRD", "define the product", "build the backlog", "prioritize these features", "write user stories", "plan the sprint", or hazme un PRD / define el producto / arma el backlog / prioriza estas features / escribe user stories / planea el sprint.

sdf-character
Build an animated 3D character or mascot for a web page as a raymarched signed distance field in one WGSL pass on vgpu (WebGPU) — no mesh, no Blender, no three.js — with spring-driven motion and an adversarial judge loop
When it fires
Use when the user says "bring our mascot to life in 3D", "animate this character on the page", "make a 3D walking character with WebGPU", "improve how the character moves", or dale vida a la mascota en 3D / anima este personaje en la web / haz un personaje 3D que camine / mejora cómo se mueve el personaje.

whiteboard
Draws flows, diagrams, wireframes and architecture maps in FigJam/Excalidraw style from Python (self-contained SVG + editable .excalidraw file + HTML viewer with pan/zoom) and publishes them to a private site behind nginx with Let's Encrypt TLS, a non-default port and a secret-token URL
When it fires
Use when the user asks for a diagram, a flow, a wireframe, an architecture map, says "draw it", "make me a board", "publish it on a page", or dibújalo / hazme un diagrama / hazme un tablero / dibuja el flujo / mapa de arquitectura / publícalo en una página.

Agents
Subagents with their own context, delegated a single job at a time.
art-director
Director de arte de lucasleguizamo.com
When it fires

When it fires

site-rebuilder
Rebuilds a site-ripper SPEC as real code in this repo (Next 16, React 19, Tailwind 4, GSAP/Framer), adapted to DESIGN.md instead of copying the reference
When it fires
Use when a spec is ready to implement, when the user wants to give the site a new spin, redo a section, port a layout or motion technique seen on another page, or says "apply that spec", "rebuild the projects section", or dice aplica el spec, "rehaz la sección", "dale un giro al sitio".
Ships with lucas-leguizamo-skills
site-ripper
Reverse-engineers web pages: drives the browser over a reference site and produces a structured SPEC (tokens, grid, typography, motion, copy, assets) ready for site-rebuilder to reconstruct in the target stack
When it fires
Use when the user sends a URL and says replicate, clone, "I want something like this", reference, inspiration, awwwards, "how do they pull off this animation", or dice replicar, clonar, "quiero algo como", referencia, inspiración, "cómo hacen esta animación".
